Panic! at the Disco is a pop rock/electronica band elegant out of Las Vegas, Nevada. The band is made out of Brendon Urie (vocals, guitar, keyboard) and his formative years friend, Spencer Smiths (drums), in addition to their schoolmate, Ryan Ross (guitar, keyboard, backing vocals).
